Client: Granite and Marble International Ltd (GMI) | Architect: Aukett Swanke

The Pensbury Place proposal aimed to rebuild a new multi-level, light-weight industrial and workshop hub for GMI.

The scheme aimed to allow leading specialist designers, manufacturers and installers of natural stone to increase their existing workspace from 16,000 sq. ft to 20,000 sq. ft.

Located within the Queenstown Road Battersea Strategic Industrial Park in Wandsworth, London, the development looked to accommodate the client’s growing local employment and production presence with an agile and robust industrial space. The proposal included a showroom, training and workshop units, gantry cranes and on-site HGV loading and parking.

We were appointed for the feasibility study to planning for this scheme.
