“We enjoy the creative stage; resolving project concepts through lateral thinking and then being a part of the team that sees those concepts realised into a well-co-ordinated & detailed design stage.”
We are structural and civil engineers for all stages of your project, often playing our role at the very early stages of developing the client brief and helping to define and refine key issues by employing many years of broad industry experience.
Our role through developing the design to its full potential and into construction affords us the opportunity to assist with the design team in finding the effective construction techniques that improve efficiencies, quality and safety all within our overarching desire to promote the best sustainable solution to meet the client brief.
The company directors, Jody and Craig, have over 60 combined years of relatable experience in the construction industry. Craig has run his own engineering consultancy for the past 20 years whilst Jody was a board director at one of London’s best-known consultancies. Together they bring their different experiences and values to Mosaic CSE, large project experience and know-how, combined with hands-on attention to detail.
We are a company that cares about finding the best solution to match the client brief. We believe this comes from interaction with the client to tease out the unwritten issues, sometimes missed by less personal corporate companies. We feel that the strategic decisions made at the beginning of a project, with the input from our directors, should be protected through the director’s continual involvement in each project to avoid ‘watering down’ through change with a loss of value and quality.
This is our company ethos.
“It makes a huge difference to have enthusiastic and passionate people on the team and especially when they are prepared to think laterally and creatively to deal with design issues. It was really important for Frame to also work with a company that was willing to push the boundaries and challenge conventional methods. It is easy to recommend them as a result!”
