Job Description:

We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Technician with at least five years UK-based experience to contribute towards our diverse and ever-increasing portfolio of work across London and the UK.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be a vital part of the project team in delivering our current suite of ongoing projects, including the preparation of detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD. Experience of Revit would also be useful. You would have strong attention to detail to ensure arawings are accurate and meet industry standards.

You will work across a variety of sectors and, over time, will have ample opportunity to assume greater levels of responsibility as your professional skills continue to develop.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD,
  • Turning concept designs into construction documents,
  • Maintaining company’s quality standards,
  • Participating in design development and making suitable adjustments,
  • Coordinate working drawing information with members of the project team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GCSE (2 of which should be A Grades) plus successful completion of company training programme or a HNC in engineering discipline,
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the CAD environment,
  • Minimum of five years’ experience of the civil and structural, engineering sectors,
  • Ability to produce 2D drawings and 3D models with minimal supervision,
  • A good level of IT literacy,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Working towards membership of appropriate professional institution or Technician’s certificate in relevant discipline.
